Requirements
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and drive change.
- Hands-on experience working with agile teams, including backlog management and continuous delivery models (Kanban experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to adapt practices pragmatically to fit team and organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize work in fast-changing environments with competing demands.
- Skilled at influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- Experience documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with project management software and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Office 365, including Power BI, Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
- Project management software experience, such as ClickUp, including the ability to create and manage tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Consulting experience beneficial.
