Job Description
A Senior Business Analyst at Aprio Colombia will drive digital transformation initiatives by managing business analysis, backlog prioritization, agile facilitation, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-value solutions for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Merger Strong Start team to drive end-to-end project delivery
- Perform business analysis to identify and define high-value work
- Manage project backlogs and facilitate agile processes
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project priorities and progress
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on driving digital transformation and providing exceptional service to clients and employees.
- Ability to partner with teams such as the Merger Strong Start team to drive end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Proficiency in business analysis, backlog management, agile facilitation, and stakeholder communication to ensure the highest-value work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
- Experience working in or with a fast-growing industry environment that requires strategic foresight and deep understanding of business processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals in a collaborative culture.
