The Accounting Compliance Manager at Aprio is responsible for ensuring that accounting practices adhere to standards and internal policies, supporting accurate financial reporting, and leading initiatives to improve finance processes within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm.

- Support the team in preparing and submitting accurate and timely financial reports
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting standards
- Lead initiatives to improve and strengthen finance processes

- A comprehensive understanding of accounting standards.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Capability to spearhead initiatives that strengthen Aprio's finance process.
- Ensuring that all accounting practices are aligned with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Supporting the team in ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports.
