The Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Aprio will lead and support buy-side and sell-side transaction analyses, helping clients in various industries make informed decisions on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, while contributing to the firm's growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing critical information for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Analyze financial data and perform due diligence to support transaction decisions.
Identify and evaluate potential transaction opportunities and risks for clients.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic transaction plans.
Support the execution of transaction processes, including valuation, financial modeling, and reporting.
Requirements
Experience working with clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions, with the ability to analyze and interpret relevant information for client decision-making.
Proven expertise in transaction advisory services within industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction, and business services.
Ability to work with private and public clients, as well as private equity investor groups, providing strategic insights and transaction support.
Strong understanding of the processes involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, valuation, and financial analysis.
Educational background sufficient to support a managerial role in transaction advisory services (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied to be relevant to CPA or finance fields).
