Job Description
The Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Aprio will lead and support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements, providing strategic insights and analysis to help clients with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyze financial information to support transaction decisions.
- Provide strategic insights and due diligence support for various industries.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate transaction processes.
Requirements
- Experience in working with clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial information relevant to transaction advisory services.
- Proven expertise in providing transaction advisory services within industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction, and business services.
- Strong understanding of the processes involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to assist clients in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work with private and public clients, including private equity investor groups.
- Experience in conducting due diligence and financial analysis related to transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a high-energy, collaborative team.
