Job Description
A Senior Financial Planning and Analysis role supporting financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects within a fast-growing professional services firm, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO team and contributing to decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting and analysis across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights and data management to enable informed decision-making
- Assist with process support and business process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives within the organization
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide analytical insights, data management, and process support.
- Perform financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement to contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Support the Office of the CFO with financial reporting, analysis, and special projects.
- Possess CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance from the company.
- Have experience supporting financial reporting, analysis, and special projects in a professional services or similar environment.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a high-visibility role requiring analytical insights and data management.
- Be based in the Philippines and able to support collaboration with the U.S.-based CFO team.
