Job Description
The Sr. Manager/Director of Portfolio Finance at Copia Power is responsible for leading financial analysis, modeling, and capital-raising initiatives to support the growth and financing of the company's renewable energy projects, collaborating across teams to structure and execute third-party financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital-raising initiatives to support renewable energy portfolio growth
- Perform portfolio-level financial analysis and modeling
- Support structuring and execution of third-party financing transactions
- Collaborate with asset management, energy markets, legal, and finance teams to advance projects
Requirements
- Deep experience in renewable energy project finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support the growth and financing of a renewable energy portfolio through leading innovative capital-raising initiatives
- Responsibility for portfolio-level financial analysis and modeling
- Supporting the structuring and execution of third-party financing transactions
- Collaborating across teams such as asset management, energy markets, legal, and finance to advance projects
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Capital Markets, in an individual contributor capacity
