Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Aprio is responsible for supporting financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide insights and data management that aid in informed decision-making within a fast-growing professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights, data management, and process support to the U.S.-based CFO team
- Conduct financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement to enable informed decision-making
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team, providing analytical insights, data management, and process support to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.
- Perform financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement activities.
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and data relevant to the firm's operations.
- Possess CPA Certification or be willing to receive CPA Certification assistance (implying a requirement or expectation for CPA certification).
- Have experience supporting financial reporting and analysis functions, with a focus on strategic initiatives within a professional services firm.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a high-visibility role that requires analytical insights and process support.
- Be based in the Philippines (location requirement).
