A leadership role within a CPA and advisory firm, responsible for managing and growing the Transaction Advisory Services practice by advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related transactions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Conduct transaction advisory work to provide clients with critical information for decision-making.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities through practice growth, prospecting, and marketing efforts.
Requirements
Experience in providing transaction advisory services, including analyzing buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, with the ability to gather and interpret important information for client decision-making.
Ability to work with clients operating in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction, and business services.
Proven expertise in practice growth, client prospecting, marketing, and executing client transaction advisory work, including selling the comprehensive services of Aprio.
Strong understanding of the processes involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and the ability to assist clients in these transactions.
Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and contribute to market leadership in transaction advisory services.
Experience in developing and executing strategies for practice growth and client acquisition within the transaction advisory space.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team of professionals in a collaborative culture.
Educational background or professional experience relevant to CPA, finance, accounting, or related fields (implied by the nature of transaction advisory work and CPA support program).
