Job Description

The Tax Partner at Aprio is a leadership role responsible for managing client engagements, driving revenue growth, mentoring talent, and contributing to the firm's strategic direction within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality tax services
Expand the firm's market presence and client base
Develop and mentor talent within the firm
Contribute to the firm's long-term strategic planning

Act as a steward of the Aprio brand and ensure client service excellence
Foster cross-firm collaboration

Requirements

The candidate must have experience leading client engagements in a tax or accounting firm setting.
The candidate must have a proven track record of expanding market presence and developing and mentoring talent within a professional services environment.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to contribute to the firm's long-term strategic direction.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of delivering excellence in client service.
The candidate must have experience driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness within a professional services firm.
The candidate must possess leadership skills suitable for a partnership role, including leading client engagements and cross-firm collaboration.
The candidate must be committed to acting as a steward of the firm's brand and reputation.
The candidate must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.
