- The candidate must have a proven track record of expanding market presence and developing and mentoring talent within a professional services environment.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to contribute to the firm's long-term strategic direction.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of delivering excellence in client service.
- The candidate must have experience driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness within a professional services firm.
- The candidate must possess leadership skills suitable for a partnership role, including leading client engagements and cross-firm collaboration.
- The candidate must be committed to acting as a steward of the firm's brand and reputation.
- The candidate must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.
- The candidate must be eligible to work in the jurisdiction where the firm operates, with no mention of specific educational or experience requirements beyond leadership and client engagement experience.
