Job Description
A Tax Manager in the Technology Industry at Aprio is responsible for developing tax strategies, managing ASC740 tax provisions, and working with technology clients on corporate and pass-through tax filings, within a dynamic and growth-oriented CPA firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations
- Provide tax planning and strategy for technology industry clients
- Prepare and review corporate and pass-through tax return filings for clients
Requirements
- Exposure to ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations is a must.
- Familiarity with technology industry clients, including those with both corporate and pass-through tax return filings, is required.
