Job Description
An Accounting Manager role within a dynamic CPA and advisory firm, responsible for overseeing client accounting services, supporting business growth, and fostering professional development in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client accounting services and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial data collection.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm policies.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices relevant to client accounting services.
- Show proficiency in accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Have the ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and high accuracy in work output.
- Be familiar with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to client accounting.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Be willing to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
