Job Description
A Senior Accounting Associate in the Technology sector at Aprio will support clients by providing accounting services, helping them maximize opportunities, and contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented team within a progressive CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with accounting and financial reporting tasks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver client services efficiently.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices relevant to client services.
- Ability to work effectively with a team of professionals in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Experience with accounting software and tools relevant to client accounting services.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of fast-growing industries, particularly technology-focused clients, is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a flexible, hybrid, or remote working environment as required.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, including support for CPA certification.
- Adherence to ethical standards and compliance with applicable federal, state, or local laws.
