Job Description

A Senior Project Manager at Aprio leads and supports enterprise-wide initiatives, particularly mergers and acquisitions, by managing complex project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging stakeholders within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives involving M&A within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
  • Manage complex project timelines and coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Ensure stakeholder accountability and engagement throughout project execution.
  • Utilize digital tools such as Power BI to support project management and reporting.
  • Drive successful delivery of M&A projects by applying strategic and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in M A project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven record of successful M A delivery.
  • Ability to lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives, especially those involving M A, within an Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
  • Experience managing intricate project timelines.
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Decisive, organized, and tech-savvy leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure accountability with stakeholders.
