Job Description
The Senior IT M A Analyst supports mergers and acquisitions by analyzing data, modifying integration plans, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth transitions for acquired entities within a dynamic, growth-oriented advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data
- Modify and update integration playbooks for M&A processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions for acquired entities
- Assist in ensuring effective integration of acquired firms into the organization
Requirements
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions (M A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data, modifying integration playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition for acquired entities.
- Reporting directly to the Director of IT M A Integration.
- Frequent domestic travel of 50-60% and possible international travel.
