Key Responsibilities
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data
Modify and update integration playbooks for M&A processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions for acquired entities
Assist in ensuring effective integration of acquired firms into the organization
Requirements
Supporting mergers and acquisitions (M A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data, modifying integration playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition for acquired entities.
Reporting directly to the Director of IT M A Integration.
Frequent domestic travel of 50-60% and possible international travel.
