Job Description
The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for the hands-on setup, configuration, and implementation of accounting technology solutions such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and QuickBooks Enterprise, working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate data migration, and optimal platform configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and implement accounting technology solutions such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Work directly with teams and clients to ensure seamless onboarding and accurate data migration.
- Optimize platform configuration to deliver high-quality accounting solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on setup, configuration, and implementation of accounting technology solutions focusing on Sage Intacct, and including NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar platforms for Aprio's internal client accounting services.
- Work directly with Aprio teams and clients to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate data migration, and optimal platform configuration.
- Experience working with accounting technology platforms such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar accounting software solutions.
- Ability to support the delivery of high-quality accounting solutions across various technology stacks.
- Proficiency in configuring and implementing accounting software platforms in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated experience in data migration related to accounting software implementations.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and technology integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients during implementation projects.
