Job Description

The Senior Assessor CCA is responsible for leading US Government cybersecurity compliance engagements, including assessments and advisory services, ensuring technical rigor and operational excellence while managing teams and maintaining subject matter expertise in cybersecurity controls and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and management of US Government cybersecurity compliance engagements such as CMMC, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, NIST RMF, CMS AE DEE EDE, and NIST CSF.
  • Manage and oversee teams to ensure technical rigor, operational excellence, and high client value in cybersecurity assessments and advisory services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in US Government cybersecurity controls and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53, and technologies used for control implementation and validation.

Requirements

  • Lead the delivery and management of US Government cybersecurity compliance engagements including but not limited to CMMC, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, NIST RMF, CMS AE DEE EDE, and NIST CSF, ensuring technical rigor, operational excellence, and high client value.
  • Be an accredited FedRAMP 3PAO and an authorized CMMC C3PAO, with the ability to conduct official certification assessments.
  • Possess subject matter expertise in US Government cybersecurity controls such as NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53, and associated compliance frameworks listed above, including understanding of technologies used to implement and validate these controls in accordance with Government requirements.
  • Have experience leading or managing teams in cybersecurity compliance engagements.
  • Demonstrate ability to work hands-on in cybersecurity assessments and advisory roles related to US Government cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of US Government cybersecurity controls, compliance frameworks, and related technologies used to implement and validate controls.
  • Have the ability to recognize as a subject matter expert in relevant cybersecurity controls and frameworks.
  • Be able to work independently and lead teams to ensure engagement success and compliance with government standards.
