Job Description

The Resource Manager at Aprio is responsible for optimizing resource allocation, project delivery, and client satisfaction by coordinating staffing needs, integrating new team members, and supporting strategic workforce planning within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal resource allocation onshore and offshore
  • Assess resource needs and optimize resource utilization
  • Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives
  • Manage project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
  • Integrate new accounting staff into the firm's systems and workflows

Requirements

  • Possess experience in ensuring optimal resource allocation both onshore and offshore, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to assess resource needs, optimize resource utilization, and drive strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Experience in efficiently integrating new accounting staff into the firm's systems and workflows to ensure workforce stability.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate resource allocation in a fast-growing firm environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in project delivery and client satisfaction management related to resource planning.
  • Experience working with a team of professionals in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and resource management within a CPA or advisory firm setting.
