Job Description

The Manager in Security Compliance Services is responsible for leading project management for large and complex client engagements related to cybersecurity, compliance automation, and gap assessments, ensuring timely delivery and fostering strong client relationships within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for large and multi-client engagements.
  • Manage the integration of mergers and acquisitions for Assurance.
  • Oversee client engagements focusing on compliance automation, gap assessments, and projects.
  • Foster and maintain client relations to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the delivery process from start to finish, ensuring quality and exceeding expectations.
  • Participate in projects related to cybersecurity and compliance within the Security and Compliance Services team.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading project management for large and multi-client engagements, depending on the size and scope of the engagement.
  • Experience in leading the integration of mergers and acquisitions for Assurance.
  • Experience in managing client engagements that are large and complex in nature.
  • Focus on compliance automation, gap assessments, and projects related to cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Ability to cultivate and foster client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
  • Ability to oversee the delivery process from start to finish, ensuring it exceeds customer expectations.
  • Experience working with a CPA-led advisory firm or in a similar professional services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work with international clients doing business in and out of 50 countries.
  • Proficiency in working with team members who speak more than 30 languages is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
  • Availability to work until at least February 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
  • Educational background or experience relevant to security, compliance, or risk advisory services (implied, as the role is within Security and Compliance Services).
