Job Description
The Manager, Corporate Development at Aprio is responsible for supporting mergers and acquisitions by managing workstreams, coordinating due diligence, and leading deal execution to drive company growth and create shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deal execution and drive pipeline velocity for mergers and acquisitions
- Manage workstreams independently and coordinate due diligence processes
- Build deal deliverables and serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on transactions
Requirements
- Support deal execution, drive pipeline velocity, and proactively contribute to M A growth initiatives that create shareholder value.
- Independently manage workstreams related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Coordinate due diligence processes for assigned transactions.
- Build deal deliverables such as reports, presentations, and other documentation for mergers and acquisitions activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on assigned transactions.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, speed, strategic judgment, and cross-functional leadership across Aprio s M A pipeline.
