Job Description
The Account Executive will drive B2B solution sales within the real estate development industry for a leading submetering technology company, focusing on expanding client relationships and revenue in the North American market. The role involves remote work with travel to clients, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, and emphasizes a business ownership mindset and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell B2B solutions within the real estate development industry to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate Metergy's submetering solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites across the state to conduct meetings and sales activities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B solution selling within the real estate development industry.
- Self-starter with a business ownership mindset and a desire to win.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Atlanta or be willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel to clients across the State, with travel expenses covered by the organization.
