Job Description
An Executive Assistant in Corporate Development supporting a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, responsible for providing administrative and strategic support to the corporate development team in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Development team and executive leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Assist with communication and correspondence related to corporate development activities
- Support research and data collection for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting corporate development functions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity software.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives.
- Ability to prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including 3 days a week in the Matthews, NC office.
- Availability to work full-time hours as required by the role.
