Job Description

An Executive Assistant in Corporate Development supporting a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, responsible for providing administrative and strategic support to the corporate development team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Development team and executive leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Assist with communication and correspondence related to corporate development activities
  • Support research and data collection for strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting corporate development functions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity software.
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives.
  • Ability to prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including 3 days a week in the Matthews, NC office.
  • Availability to work full-time hours as required by the role.
