Job Description

A Senior Audit Associate at Aprio PH is responsible for providing personalized audit and assurance services to private and closely-held companies, ensuring accurate financial statements, building trusted client relationships, and supporting clients in making informed business decisions through professional and efficient audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform audits of private and closely-held companies to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Adhere to PCAOB standards and provide assurance services to clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and efficient audit processes.
  • Support clients in maximizing opportunities by providing financial insights and expertise.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit engagements in compliance with professional standards.

Requirements

  • Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance provided.
  • Have professional experience in auditing, specifically with private and closely-held companies, or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
  • Adhere to the highest professional standards as a registered member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide specialized and personalized audit expertise that offers clients confidence and financial insight.
  • Possess strong communication skills to build trusted relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the audit process.
  • Be capable of working efficiently to make the audit experience effortless for clients and stakeholders.
  • Be willing to work in a hybrid setup if the role is designated as such, with terms and conditions to be clarified based on location.
  • Be able to work full-time as a team member in a professional environment.
  • Meet any physical or logistical demands necessary for onsite work, including participation in provided shuttle services and meal arrangements, if applicable.
