Job Description
An internship position focused on gaining hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, involving transaction support, due diligence, and deal strategy within a professional CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with transaction-focused project work across the full Mergers & Acquisitions lifecycle
- Gain exposure to small, medium, and large transactions
- Support due diligence and integration activities
- Participate in team interactions and leadership engagement
- Contribute to group projects centered on community service and social impact
Requirements
- Candidates must be high potential finance and business students interested in Mergers Acquisitions and deal strategy.
- Candidates must want to uphold Aprio's standard of excellence and immerse themselves in hands-on, transaction-focused project work.
- Candidates must be available to participate in the Summer 2026 Internship Program from June to August in the Atlanta, GA office.
- Candidates must be pursuing or have completed relevant education in finance or business (implying current students or recent graduates in these fields).
- Candidates must be willing to gain exposure to small, medium, and large transactions and benefit from diverse deal experience.
- Candidates must be able to work with engagement teams and leadership on transaction-related projects.
- Candidates must be able to build a strong foundation in due diligence and integration support.
- Candidates must be committed to continuous professional development and participate in group projects centered on community service and social impact.
- Candidates must be willing to participate in networking events, firm-wide activities, and connect with professionals and partners across the organization.
