Job Description
A Solutions Engineer at AlertMedia supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrating the platform to prospects, and guiding customers through product adoption to ensure solutions meet their needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to drive technical implementation and adoption for customers through demonstrations and discovery
- Become a subject matter expert on the AlertMedia platform and its offerings across segments
- Identify and resolve potential customer technical problems with a consultative approach
- Communicate technical concepts effectively and serve as the point of contact for RFPs and technical collateral
- Guide customers through evaluation processes to meet and exceed their needs
- Document best practices to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for platform enhancement
Requirements
- 3 years of Solution or Pre-Sales Engineering experience, ideally supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers
- Ability to successfully solve complex technical business challenges by taking a consultative, customer-first approach
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to succeed in an ever-changing environment
- Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in as needed
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support
- Must reside in Austin, Texas or the surrounding areas, as this is a hybrid position
