Job Description
A Talent Sourcer role focused on building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and supporting the recruiting process across multiple regions for a fast-growing SaaS company, with opportunities to develop into full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage candidates using sourcing platforms to build talent pipelines
- Review and screen resumes to identify candidates aligned with role requirements and culture
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Support the early stages of recruiting through candidate evaluation, pipeline development, and engagement
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and records in applicant tracking systems
- Support onboarding of new employees and serve as a local People team ambassador
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support
- Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support
- Strong candidate sourcing and resume screening skills
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling logistics
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
- Hybrid role with the expectation of working in the Reforma office 1 day a week
