The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at AlertMedia is responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise clients by providing strategic guidance, driving adoption, supporting retention and expansion, and ensuring customer success through tailored, proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with enterprise customers to ensure retention and growth
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding, adoption, and success strategies
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for expansion
Support customers with technical and administrative inquiries, including configurations and product updates
Proactively evaluate customer risk and implement strategies to maximize customer value and retention
Utilize CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage accounts
Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Provide strategic guidance and support to align customer needs with product capabilities
Requirements
3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager
1-2 years experience supporting Enterprise customers in a Customer Success Manager role
Desire to work with demanding, multi-national customers
Established Customer Success Manager who is self-motivated and customer-focused
Proficiency with Salesforce is required
Experience with Gainsight is preferred but not mandatory
Proven experience leading complex, cross functional project management and consulting engagements, including global rollouts, large scale technical projects, and enterprise wide enablement initiatives
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills with the ability to work with a variety of customer profiles
Excellent project management skills with proven ability to prioritize
Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work with all members of the team including business development, software development, and product management
Ability and willingness to learn and be coached
Candidates located in CST or EST time zones are strongly preferred
