Job Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email and nurture campaigns to support lead nurturing, conversion, and pipeline acceleration, working closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize engagement and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, primarily through email and automation platforms.
- Create and optimize persona-based programs to nurture leads from MQL to sales-ready status and support pipeline growth.
- Design and implement triggered workflows, follow-up sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and demo request nurtures.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with sales follow-up and ensure lead conversion efficiency.
- Build, test, and QA campaigns in marketing automation tools like Marketo, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing, sales, consulting, or related experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform is required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign tracking and lead flow, is required.
- Experience using tools such as Litmus for email QA and deliverability is preferred.
- Understanding of email compliance and deliverability best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, is required.
- Goals-driven individual who will go above and beyond to ensure meeting targets.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internal and external to successfully deliver on programs and campaigns.
- Creative problem solver with a track record of creating unique solutions to complex problems.
- Skilled project manager with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

- Position is open for remote work in the United States only, excluding Alaska, Louisiana, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Nebraska.
