The Implementation Manager at AlertMedia is responsible for guiding customers through successful deployment of the company's emergency communication software, acting as a strategic partner, project manager, and product expert to ensure a smooth onboarding process and foster long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage multiple customer implementations, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key milestones
Lead customer kickoff meetings to establish goals, expectations, and project plans
Facilitate implementation sessions, address customer objections, and strategize solutions
Communicate project updates, action items, and manage implementation milestones internally and externally
Interpret and advise on data imports, automations, and integrations
Ensure a seamless transition from Implementation Manager to Customer Success Manager post-deployment
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and scale the implementation process
Requirements
Proven success in strategically onboarding and implementing a project or software across a range of customer profiles, with at least 3 years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role such as Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager.
At least 2 years of experience in implementation or project management in a SaaS environment.
Experience working with demanding, multi-national customers.
Proficiency in using Excel; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or monday.com is preferred.
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to work within a team environment.
Enthusiasm for collaborating with all members of the team, including Customer Success, Customer Support, Technical Solutions, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
The aptitude to learn and be coached.
Candidates located in Austin, Texas, are preferred to work a hybrid schedule of 2 days a week in the downtown headquarters.
