The Director of US Sales is responsible for leading a regional sales team, developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the Central region for a cloud video platform company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a regional sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth within the region.
Cultivate relationships with existing partners and pursue new business opportunities.
Demonstrate software solutions to end-users and channel partners.
Manage key distribution accounts and conduct joint sales calls with team members.
Oversee sales forecasting, goal setting, and policy development for the sales organization.
Drive CRM processes to track business activities and measure results.
Represent the company at regional and national trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8-10 years of sales experience
5 years of supervisory experience in sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong territory management skills
Experience using CRM software
Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to travel overnight 75% of the time including some weekends
Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset
Exceptional presentation and reporting skills
