Job Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, retaining and expanding the existing customer base, and driving profitable revenue through a proactive sales approach. This role involves collaborating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and managing sales opportunities within the territory.
Responsibilities
- •Prospect for new logos and explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities with current customers.
- •Convert prospects into customers and expand the customer base.
- •Act as the primary contact and advocate for existing customers.
- •Manage account retention and renewal to maintain territory ITM revenue base.
- •Be accountable for retention, cross-sell, and upsell in assigned PSI customers.
- •Manage customer revenue building activities and sales opportunity pipeline.
- •Engage with customers to understand their needs.
- •Execute a proactive sales approach supported by market development strategies.
- •Develop and lead a go-to-market strategy for enterprise-level customers.
- •Lead efforts to accelerate customer acquisition through differentiated value-adds.
- •Estimate fire alarm system installations in retrofit and new construction environments.
Requirements
- •5 years of progressive, proven sales experience.
- •Demonstrated track record of cultivating target accounts and driving recurring service contract revenue.
- •Demonstrated experience executing sales process best practices with a comprehensive commercial selling skillset.
- •Ability to estimate fire alarm system installations in both retrofit and new construction environments.
- •Required to prospect for new logos on a consistent basis and retain and grow customers to drive profitable revenue while exceeding quota.
