Job Description
The Account Executive at Pure Storage is responsible for selling all-flash enterprise storage technology to large Enterprise customers in Houston, Texas, while managing relationships and coordinating sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
Responsibilities
- •Evangelize Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions
- •Build and invest in relationships with customers to establish Pure's value
- •Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customer acquisition
- •Drive and manage a healthy pipeline of sales activity to meet quotas
- •Engage customers to understand their business challenges and provide solutions
- •Assess, plan, and manage a territory for maximum revenue and efficiency
- •Lead complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- •Consistently exceed sales quotas and drive referenceable business
Requirements
- •Experience selling into large Enterprise customers in Houston, Texas.
- •5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
- •Consistently delivering 5-10M per year in revenues.
- •Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- •Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders.
- •Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
