Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Zeeco is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the industries they serve, supporting the company's mission to provide reliable combustion and environmental solutions across the region, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales operations and develop sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Southeast Asia
Requirements
- Experience in sales management or a similar role within the industrial engineering, manufacturing, or environmental solutions sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory-based role.
- Strong understanding of the industries Zeeco serves, such as refining, production, LNG, petrochemical, power, steel, fertilizer, rubber chemical, pharmaceutical, and biogas industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams or support groups.
