Job Description
The Group Construction Manager oversees and manages all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, within scope, and within budget project completion, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate, budget, and schedule construction activities
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure project completion on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with project management teams, QHSE, and Global Field Services
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regional regulations
Requirements
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the work of construction crews and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regional regulations in all construction activities.
- Working closely with all product group project management teams, Zeeco QHSE, and Global Field Services to coordinate project execution and compliance.
- Possessing sufficient experience in construction project management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish.
