Job Description
An Applications Engineer in the Power Group responsible for designing mechanical systems, solving complex problems, and providing technical support to customers across various industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation. The role involves office-based work near Oakham with travel across Europe and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mechanical systems for combustion and environmental solutions
- Solve complex technical problems related to burner and incinerator systems
- Support customers with technical expertise and solutions
- Collaborate with teams to develop and shape customer-specific applications
- Travel across Europe and the Middle East to support project implementation and customer needs
Requirements
- An experienced engineer with a passion for designing mechanical systems, solving complex problems, and supporting customers with technical expertise.
- Ability to support customers across a range of industries including oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across Europe and the Middle East.
