Job Description
The European Sales Manager for Power Burners at Zeeco is responsible for leading sales efforts, building client relationships, and promoting advanced combustion and environmental solutions across industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation in the European region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop European sales for power burners
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation sector
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to meet customer needs
- Represent Zeeco at industry events and trade shows in Europe
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the power burners industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the power burners, combustion, or environmental solutions industry, with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the European market, with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries, including industry-specific products such as burners, incinerators, and environmental control systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the European market to expand customer base and increase market share.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving company objectives.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations relevant to combustion and power generation industries in Europe.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities and reporting.
