Job Description
The European Sales Manager for Power Burners at Zeeco is responsible for leading sales efforts, building client relationships, and expanding market presence in the power burner industry, supporting the company's mission to deliver innovative combustion and environmental solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop European sales for power burners
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the power generation sector
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to meet customer requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the power burners, combustion, or environmental solutions industry, with a track record of successfully managing European sales operations.
- Strong understanding of the power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, and environmental control systems industries to effectively develop and execute sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key industry clients and stakeholders across Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to lead sales initiatives and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Experience in developing sales plans, setting targets, and achieving measurable sales growth in a European market.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
