Job Description
A Controls Instrumentation Engineer responsible for developing and managing control system design packages for burner systems in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, from concept through commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete C I design packages from concept through commissioning
- Ensure compliance with international codes, client standards, and safety requirements
- Design instrumentation and control system architecture for burner systems
- Apply combustion control philosophies to project design
- Contribute to FEED and detailed engineering for burner, heater, and boiler systems
Requirements
- Strong exposure to FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and Detail Engineering for Burner Systems associated with Heaters and Boilers.
- Deep understanding of combustion control philosophies, instrumentation design, and control system architecture.
- Experience in developing complete Controls and Instrumentation (C I) design packages from concept through commissioning.
- Ability to ensure compliance with international codes, client standards, and Zeeco's quality and safety requirements.
- Experience working on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical domains.
