Job Description
The Applications Engineer in the Power Group at Zeeco is responsible for supporting the design, engineering, and application of combustion and environmental solutions, collaborating with industry leaders to deliver innovative technologies that improve operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and develop combustion and environmental control systems, including burners and incinerators
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide technical solutions and support
- Apply engineering principles to improve operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance of products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or a related role within the combustion, environmental solutions, or power generation industries.
- Proven ability to analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions related to burners, incinerators, or environmental control systems.
- Strong understanding of combustion systems, environmental controls, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, and to present technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer needs and project requirements.
