A full-time, in-office role based in Boulder, CO, focused on optimizing and managing the sales operations and pipeline for a renewable energy company, supporting sales effectiveness, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in solar energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pipeline operations and refine outbound targeting strategy to optimize sales efforts.
Manage and improve CRM data hygiene, processes, and reporting to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Transactions, and Customer Success teams to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities and support sales growth.
Support client-facing communications as needed with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar role where they have worked closely with teams to increase effectiveness.
Experience managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Ability to translate messy pipelines into clean data and actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with a Type-A personality, including building processes, assigning ownership, tracking status, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Ability to keep the sales process and operations running smoothly and on time.
Confident, articulate, and calm under pressure with the ability to jump into client-facing conversations when needed and make a strong impression.
Experience guiding and optimizing outbound campaigns, including prioritizing market segments, assigning territories, collaborating with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and using performance data to improve targeting.
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and correction in Salesforce, and a belief that good data and process are essential for effective operations.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including connecting dots between Sales, Transactions, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure continuity across the customer lifecycle.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build processes independently, anticipate needs, set deadlines, and hold oneself to high standards.

Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.
