Job Description
A full-time analyst role focused on evaluating properties for solar energy projects, generating accurate customer offers, conducting market research, and supporting transaction structuring to advance renewable energy deployment at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate properties for solar deployment and generate accurate customer offers
- Conduct market research to support expansion efforts
- Assist in structuring transactions to align with investment and risk criteria
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve processes and encode market intelligence into proprietary software
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a solid foundation built upon strong internships, part-time roles, or full-time positions in Project Management, Finance, Economics, Energy, or adjacent industries that have helped develop both hard and soft skills.
- Comfortable managing details, digging into spreadsheets, conducting market research, thinking analytically, and working cross-functionally.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, multi-threaded environment, responding quickly, adapting easily, and building broad context across many initiatives while moving multiple workstreams forward at once.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to ensure all data and documentation are accurate, including being comfortable in a spreadsheet and capable of preparing quantitative explanations for an executive-level presentation.
- Client-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, earning trust, and over-delivering on expectations.
- Strong communication skills to openly discuss obstacles and opportunities, and to build processes that increase efficiency.
- A desire for continuous improvement, with the ability to recognize opportunities to learn and build on past experiences.

- Willingness to work in Boulder or Denver, CO, or relocate to the Boulder/Denver area.

Salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year plus equity in the form of stock options
