Job Description
A project management role focused on developing and delivering commercial solar energy projects, working cross-functionally to ensure high-quality results, and supporting the growth of renewable energy solutions across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop commercial-scale solar projects across the country.
- Research and apply key market factors in the solar industry to support project development.
- Leverage Wunder's technology platform to achieve high volume and velocity in solar project development.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and progress tracking throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of managing complex projects or be a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or related fields that provided the tools and resources to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring all stakeholders involved know what is happening, why it is happening, and when it needs to be done.
- Be meticulous and take a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, ensuring all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
- Manage multiple projects at once, effectively juggling several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Be eager and ready to learn about how the solar development world works, with a desire to become an industry expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
- Approach tasks with a growth mindset, actively seeking new ideas, questioning the status quo, and driving forward with creative and effective solutions in solar development.
- Thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with a passion for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Be flexible and a quick responder, able to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot in a dynamic organizational environment.
- Believe that no problem is too hard, with the ability to articulate and implement solutions, recognizing multiple solutions to the same problem, and streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
- Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year plus stock options
