Job Description
A sales-focused role supporting the deployment of solar energy solutions for commercial and industrial properties, involving market research, outreach, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive large-scale renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Research properties, identify owners, and develop outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
- Qualify outbound leads and conduct introductory meetings with decision makers.
- Collaborate with sales, project development, and platform teams to understand market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems like Salesforce and Astra.
- Build and support a pipeline of large-scale solar energy projects through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a solid internship or 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to research properties, uncover property owners, and investigate approaches to pitch them on solar energy.
- Willingness to hop on the phone with potential clients and create email outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
- Highly organized with the ability to update and maintain data in Salesforce and Astra, ensuring data fidelity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, account management, project development, and platform teams to understand market landscape and opportunities.
- Willingness to be located in or relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.
- Ability to react quickly and efficiently to dynamic challenges and changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate and implement solutions, streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach, education, and decision support with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and motivation to build a large-scale solar energy project pipeline and contribute to renewable energy deployment.

Salary range of $64,800 - $90,200 per year plus stock options
