Key Responsibilities
Research properties, identify owners, and develop outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
Qualify outbound leads and conduct introductory meetings with decision makers.
Collaborate with sales, project development, and platform teams to understand market opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems like Salesforce and Astra.
Build and support a pipeline of large-scale solar energy projects through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Requirements
Recent graduate with a solid internship or 1-2 years of sales experience.
Ability to research properties, uncover property owners, and investigate approaches to pitch them on solar energy.
Willingness to hop on the phone with potential clients and create email outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
Highly organized with the ability to update and maintain data in Salesforce and Astra, ensuring data fidelity.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, account management, project development, and platform teams to understand market landscape and opportunities.
Willingness to be located in or relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.
Ability to react quickly and efficiently to dynamic challenges and changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate and implement solutions, streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for outreach, education, and decision support with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated enthusiasm and motivation to build a large-scale solar energy project pipeline and contribute to renewable energy deployment.
