Job Description

A sales-focused role supporting the deployment of solar energy solutions for commercial and industrial real estate clients, involving market research, outreach, and deal closing to accelerate renewable energy adoption and combat climate change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target commercial and industrial real estate properties and owners.
  • Qualify outbound leads and develop a sales pipeline for large-scale solar energy projects.
  • Conduct outreach to key decision makers through phone calls and email campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients to present solar solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, project development, and platform teams to understand market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and internal data systems.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a solid internship or 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability and willingness to research properties, uncover property owners, and approach and pitch them on solar solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating email outreach campaigns that effectively engage potential clients.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and updating Salesforce and Astra internal software regularly.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain data fidelity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and rapidly growing environment with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and quick responsiveness to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate and implement solutions, including streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
  • Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.

Salary range of $64,800 - $90,200 per year plus equity in the form of stock options
