Job Description
A detail-oriented analyst role focused on supporting the development of commercial solar projects nationwide, leveraging innovative technology to accelerate renewable energy deployment and contribute to environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop commercial-scale solar projects nationwide.
- Research and analyze market factors relevant to the solar industry.
- Utilize Wunder's technology platform to support solar project development at scale.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project progress.
Requirements
- You have 1-2 years of managing complex projects or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or any related field that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
- You take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring all stakeholders involved know what is happening, why it is happening, and when it needs to be done.
- You are meticulous and take a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, ensuring all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
- You are capable of managing several projects at once while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are eager and ready to learn about how the solar development industry works, aiming to become an expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
- You actively seek out new ideas and approach tasks with the ambition to learn and evolve, questioning the status quo and driving forward with creative and effective solutions.
- You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with a team that is passionate about their work and mission, and you crave cross-functional collaboration.
- You are flexible and a quick responder, able to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot in a dynamic problem-solving environment.
- You believe that no problem is too hard and can articulate and roll out solutions, recognizing multiple solutions to the same problem, and finding new ways to streamline and create processes to increase efficiency.
- Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year plus stock options
