The Senior Technical Leader in Drinking Water will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex water treatment projects, providing technical expertise in areas such as water treatment processes, regulatory compliance, and emerging contaminants, primarily serving clients in Southern California and nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pursuit, planning, design, and delivery of complex drinking water projects
Provide technical expertise in water treatment process design, regulatory compliance, and emerging contaminants
Develop and implement treatment facility upgrades and capital improvement plans
Support distribution system planning and hydraulic modeling
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success
Requirements
Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: water treatment process design, PFAS and emerging contaminants, regulatory compliance, filtration and disinfection technologies, distribution system planning, hydraulic modeling, treatment facility upgrades, and capital improvement planning.
Experience in the pursuit, planning, design, and delivery of complex drinking water projects.
Ability to provide technical expertise nationally and to help grow the company's presence in Southern California.
Location preference for Los Angeles, California, or candidates in Sacramento, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Irvine, San Diego, with flexible work arrangements including remote or hybrid options.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time with clients in California and occasional travel within the United States to support national practice strategic initiatives.
