This senior leadership role involves developing and executing strategic plans to grow and enhance the Los Angeles office of CannonDesign, focusing on business development, client engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture, and promoting the firm's Living-Centered Design ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive leadership team for the Los Angeles office.
Create and execute a strategic business plan to support office growth, branding, and client engagement.
Drive top line revenue growth through client development, strategic initiatives, and market differentiation.
Identify, assess, and mentor client leaders to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Build and strengthen the office's leadership team and expand impact and growth potential.
Champion the firm's Living-Centered Design ethos within the office culture, client interactions, and community engagement.
Foster a design-focused culture emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and innovation.
Represent the office in firm-wide and external communications, promoting the office's brand and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 20 years related experience with a proven track record of business development success and top line growth.
Licensure is preferred.
Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
Some travel required.
