A Project Manager role focused on developing, designing, and delivering drinking water projects for municipal clients across multiple regions, involving technical evaluation, project leadership, client collaboration, and supporting marketing efforts within an inclusive and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver drinking water projects.
Lead the delivery of multiple water projects in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Evaluate, plan, design, and oversee the construction of drinking water systems.
Support marketing and proposal efforts for new projects.
Collaborate with the Technical Manager to ensure project success.
Requirements
Possession of a Professional Engineer license (PE) in the relevant state or ability to obtain one.
Solid experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing drinking water systems.
Experience working directly with municipal clients on drinking water projects.
Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, treatment, and distribution systems for drinking water.
Ability to partner with clients and internal teams to develop, design, and deliver drinking water projects.
Experience leading the delivery of multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
Ability to support marketing and proposal efforts for water projects.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within the regions of New England (Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut), Tampa, and Los Angeles.
Availability to work a flexible remote hybrid schedule, with an expectation of 2 to 3 days in the office or onsite with clients.
