Job Description
The Lead Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing and building technology-enabled intelligence workflows and systems that provide decision advantages, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure operational effectiveness and real-world applicability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational architect for building mission-critical intelligence workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to ensure analytic platform reflects real-world operational tradecraft.
- Translate complex intelligence questions into structured technical requirements.
- Design and develop systems that produce decision-making advantages for analysts.
Requirements
- Experience serving as an operational architect and leading the development of mission-critical intelligence workflows within a cross-functional team.
- Ability to translate complex intelligence questions into structured technical requirements.
- Proficiency in building and ensuring user-friendly experiences for analysts that are resilient under operational pressure.
- Experience working in close partnership with graph data scientists and data engineers to develop and refine analytic platforms.
- Knowledge of how to reflect real-world operational tradecraft in analytic platforms such as GraphAware Hume.
- Understanding that the role is focused on building systems that produce decision advantage rather than producing intelligence products.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure that every line of code results in a system that meets operational needs and enhances analyst decision-making.
