Job Description

The Biosolids Senior Technical Leader is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing biosolids treatment and disposal projects, providing technical expertise, maintaining client and regulatory relationships, and ensuring project success while adhering to regulations and advancing the company's biosolids practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage biosolids treatment and disposal projects
  • Provide technical expertise on biosolids treatment and disposal regulations
  • Supervise project teams and oversee project execution
  • Maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
  • Prepare reports and proposals for biosolids projects
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and regulations related to biosolids management
  • Represent the company at industry and professional organizations
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with standards

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of biosolids treatment and disposal regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with biosolids management practices.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing biosolids treatment and disposal projects.
  • Ability to provide technical expertise on biosolids treatment and disposal.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Supervisory experience leading project teams.
  • Ability to prepare reports and proposals related to biosolids projects.
  • Staying current on emerging technologies and regulations in biosolids management.
  • Representing the company in industry and professional organizations related to biosolids.
  • Location flexibility to work remotely.
  • Willingness to travel nationally 20-25% to support regional opportunities and attend/present at national, state, and local conferences.
