Job Description
The Sales Productivity Specialist is responsible for partnering with sales teams to enhance efficiency and productivity through cross-functional collaboration, technical solution planning, and developing scalable self-service tools, primarily serving the sales department in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders and teams to drive efficiency and productivity
- Enable sales teams to self-serve their needs effectively and efficiently
- Design and implement scalable solutions for sales team needs
- Plan and execute technical solutions to improve sales productivity
- Manage both day-to-day and strategic tasks related to sales support
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada; Voltus is unable to sponsor visas or transfers for new hires.
- Proactively partner with sales leaders and their teams to drive efficiency and productivity via cross functional collaboration and technical solution planning and execution.
- Maximize sales team productivity by enabling them to effectively and efficiently self-serve their needs and craft scalable solutions where self-service is not possible.
- Responsible for both day-to-day and strategic tasks primarily serving the Sales Team.
- This position is a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy.
